Giorgos Papadimakis, Kalomoira’s personal trainer, gave us her diet.”This is her basic, daily menu.She was drinking much water,too”

Her menu is:

Breakfast: Corn flakes with a glass of milk[1%]

Lunch: Chicken or fish with 200 g. green salad and with 100 g. boiled rise.

Dinner: Yoghurt [1%] with honey or tuna with two carrots.
